This role involves hands‑on work with powders, ingredients, packaging lines, and quality‑driven production processes.

• Handle organic ingredients, powders, and raw materials
• Operate basic production equipment and follow batch instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and follow strict quality and safety standards
• Communicate effectively in English with supervisors and team members
• Support R&D, QA, and production teams as needed
