Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Oshkosh, WI is seeking Production Workers to join their assembly team on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will perform assembly work and support the manufacturing process with a focus on quality and safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work well in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in complex assembly is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in assembly roles (for higher levels).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly work to manufacture products efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Validate materials prior to assembly and review work instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Build products according to specifications and within tolerances
  • Load and unload products
  • Complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Comply with all safety, quality, and work rules, including wearing appropriate PPE

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization is seeking dedicated Production workers and Assemblers to join their team. You will be an integral part of the assembly department supporting team operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
