Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Assembler for its West El Paso operation. The role supports the Production Department in the manufacture of products in a regulated environment. You will follow SOPs and GMP, learn production processes, and assist with material handling.

The ideal candidate has 4+ months in manufacturing or warehouse work, good communication, and a proactive attitude. We offer first, second, and third shift options with potential overtime and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 4+ months of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Good communication skills are important for team coordination.
• Basic English reading/writing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform duties related to preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients and/or medical devices per SOPs and regulations (FDA, OSHA).
• Understand production processes and equipment in the assigned area.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Transport materials of varying weights safely using material handling equipment and assistance as needed.

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: West El Paso

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift opportunities available (Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts). 12-hour part-time weekend shifts also available.

Pay Rate: $12.00-$13.00/hr for weekday shifts | $15.50-$17.50/hr for weekend shifts

What’s Needed?

• 4+ months of work experience in a manufacturing or warehouseenvironment.

• Skills in operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred.
