Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting Production Workers for a leading manufacturing organization in Wisconsin. We have 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude to support assembly operations.

You will perform repetitive assembly work, validate materials, follow work instructions, assemble to spec, load/unload, and keep a clean, safe work environment while adhering to PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in complex assembly is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in assembly roles (for higher levels).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization is seeking dedicated Production workers and Assemblers to join their team. You will be an integral part of the assembly department supporting team operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
