Job summary

Frank Calandra Jennmar Services in South Point, OH is seeking a Production Worker for XCAL OH Forge. Full-time position offering on-site work with ongoing training and safety procedures.

You will perform daily safety inspections, assist with general labor tasks, operate at mentor-guided level, and help maintain a clean, organized work area. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Dependability to be consistently at work and on time, with a flexible schedule that may include all shifts.
• Basic reading and math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Basic measuring skills using a tape measure and micrometers.
• Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines throughout production processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of work area to check for safety hazards.
• Perform operator actions at a training-level capacity under direction of a mentor employee as assigned by supervisory personnel following SOPs and safety protocols.
• Perform various general labor duties as assigned daily by supervisory personnel per SOPs and safety protocols.
• Perform workstation and surrounding area housekeeping duties as required.
