Summary Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform all manual labor in the assigned area.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Competencies

• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.
