Production Worker (Wax Team Work Cell - 3rd Shift)

Join us as a Production Worker (Wax Team Work Cell - 3rd Shift) at Howmet Aerospace.

Position Overview

This role involves assisting in the setup and creation of wax molds within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the wax mold setup and creation process.
• Perform various manufacturing tasks such as Wax Injection, Wax Inspection, Wax Setup (assembly), Core Prep, and use of Aussie Bds.
• Support cell activities and perform assigned duties as directed by supervision.
• Complete required training and vision testing for wax cell operations.

Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to EHS policies and regulations.
• Wear all required PPE and report safety concerns or incidents.
• Participate in EHS training sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Reside within 50 miles of Dover, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work with manual dexterity.

Physical Demands

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent standing and sitting.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Night shift: Sunday Night - Thursday Night, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM. Training on Day Shift, M-F, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

Starting hourly rate: $23.42; after 12 months: $26.05. Shift premiums apply for off-shift work.
