Job summary

Champion Home Builders in Waycross, GA is seeking team-oriented individuals to work on the production line building manufactured housing under general supervision. You will perform quality work on a fast-moving assembly line, read blueprints and orders, use tape measures and a range of hand, air and electrical tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Prior manufacturing or modular housing experience is desirable; a strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and with others are essential.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or minimal related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and orders and use a tape measure.

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
