Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking workers to join the production line to build manufactured housing under general supervision. You will perform quality work in a fast-moving, team-based environment.

Responsibilities include manual labor, reading blueprints and orders, using a tape measure, and operating hand, air, and electrical tools. You may travel to work on frames as needed while upholding safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Mig/Arc welding experience required.
• Some fabrication/design skills/experience required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing preferred but not required.

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• May be required to travel if needed to work on frames that are hauling our homes.
