Job summary

Cleveland Wheel and Brake Systems (CWBS) is seeking an entry-level production teammate to support daily manufacturing operations in our Cleveland, OH facility. You will assist with equipment operation, component assembly, material prep, inspection, and packaging while following safety and quality procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Typically 0–2 years in manufacturing, production, assembly, or operational support

Key Responsibilities:

Performs entry-level production and manufacturing support activities in a production environment. Assists with operating equipment, assembling components, preparing materials, inspecting products, packaging finished goods, and supporting daily production operations while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
