Job summary

BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, is hiring a Production Worker to join our indoor fabrication team. You will assemble and fabricate products, operate tools, and help maintain safety and quality standards in our facility in Minnesota.

Training is available; we offer competitive wages and a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more. Candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged, but training is provided to qualified individuals.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical school certification or diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year light manufacturing or relevant work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of assemblies.
• Operation of tools and equipment.
• Loading/unloading of materials; material set up.
• Conduct detailed quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Packaging for shipping.
• Complete tasks with minimum supervision.
• All other duties as assigned.

Summary

BLUvera is seeking a Production Worker to join our team. As a member of our production team, you will have the opportunity to work in an indoor facility assembling and fabricating products and will play a vital part in ensuring that BLUvera meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality checks
