Job summary

BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, is seeking team members to join an indoor facility assembling and fabricating products. You will help ensure safety and high-quality standards while contributing to efficient production.

Responsibilities include setup, fabrication, operation of tools, quality checks, and packaging for shipping. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Fabrication.
• Ability to work with others to solve problems and maintain safety.
• Experience operating standard hand and power tools.
• Detail oriented with strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up beds for concrete pouring and fabricate assemblies.
• Operate tools and equipment and load/unload materials.
• Quality checks and packaging for shipping.
• Follow production schedules with minimal supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to rules.

Job description

BLUvera is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work in an indoor facility assembling and fabricating products and will play a vital part in ensuring that BLUvera meets the highest safety and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up beds for concrete pouring
• Fabrication of assemblies
• Operation of tools and equipment
• Loading/unloading of materials
  • Material set up
  • Conduct detailed quality checks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Packaging for shipping
  • Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum, 2 years of experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Fabrication
• Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
• Ability to work with other team members to solve problems
• Passionate about maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Ability to operate standard hand and power tools
• Detail orientated

Education and Experience:

• Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferred
• Minimum of 1-year light manufacturing or relevant work experience preferred
• Minimum of 1-year in carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred
