• Assist with receiving, storing, and handling ingredients and packaging materials.
• Support changeovers, equipment setup, and general production needs.
• Identify and communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Schedule

Shift Start Time: Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, shift schedules may be adjusted based on production needs. Overtime, weekends, and additional hours may be required during peak production periods.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Production Worker, you will support the manufacturing process by preparing ingredients, operating production equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. You will work closely with team members to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment.
