Production Worker / Shavings Baler Operator - Swing shift

Job Details:

• Full-Time
• Shift: M-F, 3 PM - 11:30 PM
• Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with packaging equipment
• Work near machines compressing wood by-products
• Manage bale opening, placement, and removal
• Record bale weights and daily activities
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Learn and perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Obtain forklift certification if not already certified

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Good coordination and ability to focus for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 7+ hours
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic math skills
