Starting Hourly Rate - $23.61 per hour plus $1.25 per hour when working night shift. Work Schedule (Briquetting/Process) – 12-hour shifts (6am – 6pm/6pm – 6am) 2-2-3 schedule 56-day rotation (8 weeks of day shift, followed by 8 weeks of night shift)**In this role, you will:**The Production Worker is responsible for the processing, manufacture, packaging, storage and distribution of charcoal briquettes.
