Job summary

INTIGRAL in Austintown, OH is seeking multiple full-time Associates for 1st shift (6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Mon-Fri) in a manufacturing setting. Roles include order selection, machine loading/unloading, assembly, inspection and basic CNC operation, with standing during shifts and lifting requirements.

We value dependable, safety-minded team players who can follow procedures and maintain quality. High school diploma or GED and 6–12 months related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6–12 months related experience or training.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally; push/pull 75+ lbs.
• Stand for 8 hours; exposure to moderate manufacturing noise; vision requirements.
• Able to understand work orders and follow procedures as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Order Selection, Machine loading and unloading, material slotting and assembly.
• Inspection, stacking, sequencing, cutting and tempering as needed.
• Operate manufacturing equipment in a safe, accurate manner.

INTIGRAL supplies just-in-time, mass-customized insulating glass units (IGU), monolithic glass products, and Blinds Between the glass to window and door manufacturers from the Midwest States to the Mid-Atlantic. As leaders in the manufacturing of Insulating Windows and Doors, we are seeking multiple Positive and Productive Full-Time Associates.

1st Shift 6 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. M-F

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and six to 12 months of related experience or training are equivalent to a combination of education and experience. Ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, and stay on task
• Certain positions require you to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull 75+ lbs
• Positions in assembly and inspection require specific vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Continuously exposed to moderate manufacturing noise.
• Stand continuously for an 8-hour shift + OT
