Job summary

INTIGRAL seeks full-time associates for 1st shift (6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., M–F) to support manufacturing of insulated glass units and related products in Austintown, OH. You may operate or learn to operate manufacturing equipment, load products, and assist with various assembly and inspection tasks.

Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently or in a team. A HS diploma or GED and some related experience are expected, with physical ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6–12 months related experience or training.
• Ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, and stay on task.
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull 75+ lbs.
• Stand continuously for an 8-hour shift + OT.

INTIGRAL supplies just-in-time, mass-customized insulating glass units (IGU), monolithic glass products, and Blinds Between the glass to window and door manufacturers from the Midwest States to the Mid-Atlantic. As leaders in the manufacturing of Insulating Windows and Doors, we are seeking multiple Positive and Productive Full-Time Associates.

1st Shift 6 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. M-F

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and six to 12 months of related experience or training are equivalent to a combination of education and experience. Ability to understand work orders, follow procedures, and stay on task
• Certain positions require you to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull 75+ lbs
• Positions in assembly and inspection require specific vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Continuously exposed to moderate manufacturing noise.
• Stand continuously for an 8-hour shift + OT
