Position Title: Industrial Painter

Wage: $19.45 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Industrial Painter position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Painter Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Work from specifications, verbal, and written instructions.
2. Prepare coatings using agitators as required.
3. Select pressures, nozzles, temperatures, and cure times.
4. Apply coatings to workpieces as necessary to achieve a smooth finish.
5. Visually inspect workpieces to ensure proper coverage and perform touch-ups as required.
6. Clean spray equipment and booth according to established practices.
7. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Painter Requirements:

1. Must have previous industrial paint experience.
