Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Navasota, TX is seeking motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team.

You will perform building tasks in a safe, efficient, team-oriented environment; no prior manufactured housing experience is required as training is provided. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous manufacturing, construction, or modular housing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in-house.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble manufactured homes according to company standards and specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Install building components such as flooring, walls, cabinets, doors, windows, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and other construction materials as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Job Description:

Production Workers play a vital role in building quality homes by performing manufacturing and construction tasks in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment.
