Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team in Navasota, Texas. Production Workers play a vital role in building quality homes by performing manufacturing and construction tasks in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment.

No previous manufactured housing experience is required; training is provided. We offer a supportive workplace with a focus on safety, teamwork, and opportunity for growth within a leading modular and manufactured homes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in-house.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble manufactured homes according to company standards and specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Install building components such as flooring, walls, cabinets, doors, windows, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and other construction materials as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
