Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Distinguishing different cuts of meat
• Pulling product from conveyor onto tabletop
• Obtaining correct size & color tray for specific product
• Determining if a product is within specification
• Placing product in tray using correct count and placement
• Placing finished tray onto conveyor
• Moving between lines as required
• Wearing all required personal protective equipment
• Reacting to change and handling other tasks as assigned

This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position.
