Production Worker - Mankato, MN

This is a full-time, hourly position in our ADM Mankato Oil Refinery.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual ready to take on responsibilities at our Mankato Oil Refinery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Potential assignments include:
• Sanitation and cleanup duties
• Loading product into tanker trucks and railcars for delivery
• Climbing railcars and tankers
• Performing railcar washes

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understanding and following safety procedures
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Physical ability to meet job demands, including standing, sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts if needed
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of pumps, blend tanks, boilers, and silos is helpful; mechanical skills are needed
• Previous computer operation experience is preferred

ADM requires successful completion of a background check.

Base pay is approximately $28.41/hour, with variations based on experience and market factors. Overtime pay is provided for qualifying hours.
