Performance Health is seeking a Production Worker II to operate plastic injection molding equipment and help produce medical products at our Cedarburg, WI facility. The role can be on 1st shift (5am–3pm) or 2nd shift (3pm–1am), Monday through Thursday, with a full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will read shop orders, assemble parts, handle materials with pallet jacks or forklifts, and operate multiple machines. GMP/FDA basics and safety adherence are expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand/stoop/bend.
• Working knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Read and comprehend shop orders.
• Assemble materials/parts to complete shop orders.
• Coat sheet materials by moving parts from cart to coating line.
• Count and track parts.
• Push/pull carts.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack and forklift.
• Operate machinery (molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers, punch presses).
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machinery/product issues.
• Package and prepare sheet material to a finished good.
• Follow all BOPs/SOPs and quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker II to join the manufacturing team in Cedarburg, WI. This position is responsible for operating plastic injection molding equipment to produce world class medical products.

We are looking for a new team member to join us on either 1st shift or 2nd shift. 1st shift works 5am-3pm, Monday through Thursday. 2nd shift works 3pm-1am, Monday through Thursday.

• Read and comprehend shop orders
• Assembling materials/parts together to complete shop orders
• Coating of sheet materials by moving parts from cart to coating line
• Counting and tracking parts
• Pushing/pulling carts
• Material handling such as operating pallet jack and/or forklift
• Operate machinery such as but not limited to molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers and punch presses
• Ability to identify and/or troubleshoot minor issues that may arise with machinery and/or product
• Packaging and preparing sheet material to a finished good
• Follow all BOPs and SOPs
• Visually inspect products
• Follow all quality and safety standards
• Performs other duties as assigned.
