POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will install rails on the deck of the units, including connecting all electrical components on the rails to the main harness. This will involve using handheld power tools, tape measure, level, etc.

There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II), which may be differentiated based on an individual’s skills, abilities, previous work experience, and ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.

Individuals in these roles must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements for our general production positions include:

• At least 2 years' experience in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred)
• The ability to perform all physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting for 8+ hours, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to meet or exceed production goals
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Willingness to take on additional assignments as required to support production goals
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
• Support for a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to safety protocols, proactively identifying risks, and wearing required PPE to support our “zero harm” culture.
