SUMMARY: In addition to the duties of a Production Worker I, the Production Worker II must follow all plant safety, Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety rules and regulations. Documentation and paperwork procedures must be followed as well as verbal and written instructions and guidelines according to the job requirements. The Production Worker II is responsible for feeding and loading packing materials to the production line, verifying quality standards, stacking cases on to pallets, and maintaining good housekeeping for multiple production lines. This role does not have direct reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical aspects of the job as performed in an 8-hour workday.
