Job summary

Pennex Aluminum Solutions in Leetonia, OH, is seeking Manufacturing Line Technicians to support extrusion, finishing, and packaging of aluminum components for automotive and industrial use.

We offer paid, on-the-job training, rotating shifts (6:00am–6:00pm and 6:00pm–6:00am), and a base pay of $18.50–$20.50/hour with an additional $1.50 off-shift differential. Career growth paths include machine operator and maintenance roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical/vocational training is preferred.
• Comfort working in manufacturing; ability to read instructions/drawings and use measuring tools.
• Extrusion or press experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures, learn quickly, and communicate clearly.
• Detail orientation and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorships are not available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with extrusion presses and related equipment.
• Load/unload materials and finished parts.
• Inspect product quality; use basic measuring tools to verify specs.
• Package finished profiles for shipment.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area and follow PPE/safety procedures.
• Communicate with your team to keep production on track.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.
