Job summary

Watteredge is seeking a dependable Production Worker – Grinder to join our second-shift manufacturing team in Avon Lake, OH. This hands-on role involves grinding and finishing metal components while upholding strict quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include grinding, deburring, inspecting parts, reading work instructions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace with PPE compliance. 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of manufacturing, grinding, or metalworking experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive, handson work in a manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
