Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Weiser, Idaho is seeking Production Workers to join our manufacturing team.

You will work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work quickly and consistently. The role requires reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and operating hand, air, and electrical tools, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading of blueprints and orders.
• Read a tape measure and perform standard measurements.
• Experience in manufacturing/modular housing is helpful.
• FLSA status: Non-exempt.

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
