Job Description

• Starting pay rate is from $19.42/hour, with pay increases given at 3, 6, and 12 months and then annually thereafter!
• Day Shift Hours: M-F 6am - 2:30pm (can go as late as 4:30pm), occasional Saturdays
• Weekly paychecks!
• No experience necessary – Be ready to learn and we will train!

Our plant is located at 625 Hoffman Rd Independence, OR 97351.

Production Workers will be expected to participate actively in safety programs, attend daily meetings, follow directions from supervisors & leads, and be flexible to move within the department and plant as required. Participation in company programs supporting safety, quality, and production standards is mandatory.

Job Requirements

• Prior woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Excellent team skills are essential.
• Ability to read and understand production paperwork and communicate effectively across departments.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Must be 18 years or older by the date of hire.
• Stretching is required at the beginning of shifts and after breaks for safety.

Physical Requirements

• Exert up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and 20 lbs. frequently; standing for long periods; ability to perform repetitive motions; ability to evacuate independently.
• Exposure to constant or intermittent noise.
• Use of air-powered and power tools; PPE required.
• Dress code: Long pants always; shirts can be short or long-sleeved depending on department.
• Work environment may vary in temperature.

Shift Details

• First shift typically 6:00am-2:30pm, can extend to 4:30pm, occasional Saturdays.
