Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Lake City, FL is seeking skilled Production Workers to join the team on our factory floor. You will work on the production line to build manufactured housing, following blueprints, measuring with tape, and using hand, air, and electrical tools.

This non-exempt, full-time role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. You will contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused operation with a strong emphasis on attendance and craftsmanship.

Summary:

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, and perform quality work safely, in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Any specialized construction/manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given priority consideration.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.
