Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. seeks Production Workers to join our Skyline Homes manufacturing facility in Leola, PA. You will contribute to building manufactured housing on the production line, performing quality workmanship in a fast-moving team environment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring with a tape, handling hand, air, and power tools, and maintaining a clean work area while adhering to safety standards and company principles.

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
