Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring Production Workers to join the Skyline Homes manufacturing facility in Leola, PA.

The role involves performing on the production line, reading blueprints, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As a team member you will contribute to building manufactured and modular homes with a focus on quality workmanship, while following safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret simple blueprints and orders.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Perform all manual labor in assigned area and maintain a clean workspace.

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
