Job summary

Simpson Door Company in McCleary, WA is hiring Production Workers for a Monday–Friday day shift. You will operate a variety of machines and hand tools to assemble high-quality doors, with safety rules and teamwork as core expectations.

The role requires basic woodworking skills, ability to read a tape measure, and a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligible associates receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working as a team as well as independently.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Be detail-oriented and produce quality work.
• MUST be able to read a tape measure and have good basic math skills.
• Be familiar with hand and power wood working tools.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Solid work history with good references.

Responsibilities

Job Details: Job Location: Simpson Door Co. - McCleary, WA 98557, Salary Range: $21.00 - $22.58 Hourly, Simpson has been making doors within the forests of Washington state since 1912. We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team, Monday - Friday day shift

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of machines and work centers, safely and efficiently.
• You will be using various power hand tools and equipment (orbital sanders, bander, box knife, hammer, cordless drill, tape gun, hot iron, chop saw, door lifts, panel saw, etc.) while making and assembling our high-quality doors.
• Be reliable and able to work overtime as needed.
• Must follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members
