Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Food Production Worker to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with movement and handling of products, operate production equipment, and maintain quality and sanitation standards, contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.

Open availability across all shifts, including weekends, plus overtime as needed, is required. Training is provided for this entry-level role at multiple production areas as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Important: This position includes cleaning and sanitation tasks as part of regular job responsibilities, such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, and removing trash. Candidates must be comfortable performing these duties.

Food Production Worker

Applicants must have open availability to work ANY shift, ANY day of the week, including weekends.

• Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight hours.
• Must be available to work Monday through Sunday, including weekends, based on production needs.
• Must be willing to work overtime, including extended shifts and additional days, as required by production demands.
• Shift assignments and schedules are determined by operational needs and may vary depending on the department or production line.
• Must be willing to work in different production areas and perform various duties as assigned.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 50lbs.

• Important:Ability to work safely around food allergens including chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts
