Currently, our Yelm, WA store is seeking a Full-Time Production Worker!

Hourly Rate: $16.66 per hour

Position Summary: Production Workers are responsible for processing donated merchandise for resale, including sorting and pricing in a warehouse environment. This position offers great experience and development skills for career advancement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attaching price tickets to sale items
  • Recording and maintaining daily production records
  • Placing ticketed items in appropriate transport containers
  • Monitoring and reporting supply needs to the supervisor
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to cross-train in other areas

Product Quality Assurance:

  • Inspecting, cleaning, and repairing items to be priced and displayed on the sales floor

Flexibility:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on business needs

Product Handling and Sorting:

  • Unloading sacks, boxes, and donation carts, then transporting items to proper processing or storage areas
