Summary: Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Perform manual labor in assigned area.
2. Keep work area neat and clean.
3. Read and use a tape measure.
4. Read blueprints and work orders.
5. Communicate effectively with coworkers.
6. Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Qualifications:

1. Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is preferred.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, handle, reach, talk, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally over 100 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
