Job Description: Production Worker

The Production Worker is responsible for operating and monitoring various machines on the production line to ensure efficient and quality production of our products. This includes setting up, operating, and adjusting machinery, as well as performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Essential Functions/Tasks

1. Operate and monitor machines on the production line to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
2. Perform machine set-up, including installing and adjusting molds, and making necessary adjustments for proper operation.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines.
4. Check and record product specifications, such as dimensions, weight, and shape, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Identify and resolve machine and production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
6. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic machine operating knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
