The Production Worker is responsible for operating and monitoring various machines on the production line to ensure efficient and quality production of our products. This includes set-up, operation, and adjustment of machinery, as well as performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

• Operate and monitor machines on the production line to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Perform machine set-up, including installing and adjusting molds, and making necessary adjustments to achieve proper machine operation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Check and record product specifications, including dimensions, weight, and shape, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and resolve machine and production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain production schedule.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

• Prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
