Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking a dedicated worker to join our light industrial production team in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on hand assembly tasks, quality control, and material handling for contract jobs, with training provided and opportunities to grow.

You will operate small equipment, maintain accurate production time sheets, and uphold safety and quality standards in a clean, compliant work environment. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Summary

To provide physical labor for the production of light industrial assembly jobs utilizing hand assembly skills and methods obtained through training.

• Perform direct production, quality control and material handling functions of specific contract job assigned.
• Operate small machinery and tools utilized on assembly jobs.
• Maintains personal production time sheet, on a daily basis, measuring hours worked, position and product produced.
• Maintain quality of task assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
