Job summary

GESMV is hiring for a production associate in Dayton, OH. The role involves hand assembly, quality checks and material handling in a light industrial environment. You will operate small machinery, maintain daily time sheets and keep the work area clean and safe.

Training is provided, and adherence to safety and policy standards is required. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; prior production experience is a plus.

Summary

To provide physical labor for the production of light industrial assembly jobs utilizing hand assembly skills and methods obtained through training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform direct production, quality control and material handling functions of specific contract job assigned.
2. Operate small machinery and tools utilized on assembly jobs.
3. Maintains personal production time sheet, on a daily basis, measuring hours worked, position and product produced.
4. Maintain quality of task assigned.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
6. Other duties may be assigned.
7. Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

Experience in production or assembly preferred but not required.
