Summary: Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor assigned to the area.
• Maintain a neat and clean workspace.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Qualifications:

• Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous manufacturing/modular housing experience is preferred.

Physical Demands: Employees must regularly stand, use hands, reach, talk, hear, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally over 100 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
