Pay: $21.82 per hour to start

Experience:

1. Strong organizational skills & excellent communication skills are essential.
2. Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.
3. Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.
4. Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely.
5. Ability to drive for excellence in all areas; focus on effective internal relationships.

Education:

1. High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions:

1. Food manufacturing plant
2. Warehouse environment

4. Ability to work in a confined space environment

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, climb, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
2. Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis.
4. Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.
5. Ability to work any shift up to 7 days a week.
