We currently have multiple production opportunities on all shifts and in all departments at our Elizabethton, TN facility. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team, especially in the Regulator Production Department, where you'll assemble gas regulators with hand tools and specialized equipment, perform leak tests, and operate assembly and test stations following strict safety and quality standards. Precision, attendance, focus, and dedication are essential for success.

Overview:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines.
• Load/unload production equipment, perform quality inspections, and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Assemble, test, and package various manufacturing products.
• Check parts for conformance to specifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience with manual and/or CNC lathes, mills, or machining centers preferred.
• Training available for the right candidate.

Wage and Benefits:

• Starting wages at $19.89, with increases every 6 months.
• Shift Differential: $1.50 for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Retention Bonus: $2000 total ($500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, $1000 at 365 days).
