Job description

A large chemical supply company is seeking Production Workers for full-time opportunities. There are openings on both first and third shifts.

Responsibilities :

1. Set-up and mix compounds to specifications
2. Read and understand specification sheets
3. Set-up and maintain production pace
4. Set-up and weigh oils required to run each compound
5. Document all material and compounds for traceability requirements
6. Perform pre-shift set-ups
7. Occasionally use lift truck
8. Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

Requirements :

1. Factory or manufacturing experience is preferred
2. Must be able to read and understand specifications
3. Must be focused, disciplined, and able to lift 50+ pounds occasionally
4. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, extremely dirty, dusty, and noisy environment while standing all day
5. Must have the ability to set-up and mix compounds, maintain production pace, set-up and weigh oils, and keep accurate and up-to-date records
6. Must have steel toed boots
7. Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
