Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Associate to join our rotating 3-week shift in our Houston, TX facility. The role involves working safely on the manufacturing line, meeting production standards, and supporting a clean, organized workspace.

You will follow plant safety guidelines, be able to stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and work well in a team within a fast-paced environment. Training and ongoing development are provided as part of our equal opportunity culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Meets production standards on assigned tasks within required time.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas.
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures

Requirements
