Position: 2nd Shift - Slaughter Plant Heavy Lifter

Department: 107 Production Worker Foot Room

Shift Hours: 2:30 pm - End of Shift

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing duties such as setting up/tearing down workstations, removing tenders from carcasses, sorting and grading product, making boxes, bagging finished products, packing into boxes, taping, weighing, labeling, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work area. Production workers must stand, walk, reach, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Work Environment:

Employees are exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, extreme cold, high places, chemicals, weather conditions, and loud noise levels.
