Job Title: Production Worker

The Production Worker role focuses on the safe handling of glass and related products in the glass industry, moving materials through the facility, and reports to the Tempering Supervisor.

This position is ideal for individuals who are safety conscious, self-motivated, flexible with shift hours, and able to work in regional climate conditions. As a vital member of the Tempering Department, this role offers an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including wearing all PPE, to ensure a safe work environment.
2. Accurately measure and inspect glass to ensure quality for customers.
3. Transport glass safely throughout the facility.
4. Work while standing and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly on a regular basis.
5. Work overtime when needed.
