Hours: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am M-TH with OT available as needed

Training: 2 weeks on 1st shift working 5:30 am - 4:00 Pm M-Th

Pay: $22/HR + $2.00 Shift Differential

What You’ll Do

As a Production Worker, you’ll support the flow of steel through our facility—from raw sheets to finished parts. You’ll work hands‑on with machinery, prep materials, read job orders, and help ensure everything ships out right the first time. This role is active, fast‑paced, and vital to keeping customers satisfied.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

• Clearing tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets
• Grinding edges and cleaning parts as needed
• Reading and following order details in English
• Verifying part quality and completing related paperwork
• Counting and organizing parts for packaging or shipping
• Preparing materials in advance to maintain steady workflow
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
