Description

Works closely with the lead and other team members to achieve departmental goals related to productivity, efficiency, quality, delivery, 6S, and safety. Team members are expected to develop knowledge, skills, and willingness to learn and perform various manufacturing tasks, adapt to work needs, produce quality and timely results, maintain positive behaviors, and reliably work scheduled hours.

Position Details

• Shift Times: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, M-F, with opportunities for overtime.
• Pay Schedule: Weekly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Comfort Research's Core Values in daily actions and interactions.
• Perform a variety of production tasks using common hand tools, ensuring quality products.
• Assist with loading and unloading products to meet production goals.
• Operate various machines, including loading and unloading materials.
• Move products/materials weighing up to 50 pounds, involving twisting, lifting, turning, and bending.
• Conduct quality checks and share information on non-conforming products.
• Report mechanical problems or shortages to supervisors or maintenance.
• Meet daily production requirements.
• Cross-train and rotate through various tasks as directed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
• Develop problem-solving skills with team support.
• Assist with completing paperwork as needed.
• Have fun!
• Perform other duties as assigned.
