All-State Industries, Inc. in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Production Worker – 1st Shift. You will read simple blueprints, trim and clean parts, and perform quality inspections to ensure conformity with customer specifications.

You will document measurements and prepare parts for shipping, maintaining orderly work areas. You will operate common shop tools such as band saws, drills, grinders, and sander, and use calipers and micrometers to verify tolerances.

Technicians are to cross-train in all aspects of Trim Floor production to fulfill the job intent.Required safety equipment provided: Cut gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, dust masks. Goggles and face masks when required. Employee is to provide steel toed shoes. All-State has an annual reimbursement allowance for steel toed shoes.## Qualifications### Physical Requirements* Ability to stand for extended periods.* Frequent repetitive hand movements and use of hand tools.* Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment for heavier or awkward loads.* Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and potentially high temperatures.* Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
